Fridays 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Gestures for 50 minutes followed by a 2-hour long pose.
◦ $50 for 4 sessions (Sept. 7, 14, 21, 28) prepaid, or
◦ $15 per session, drop-in.
Must pre-register with Mel at the studio
